A year like no other. We can say about each one.

However, 2026 promises to be a completely different year. Why?

  • The USA teeters on the edge of eclipse, especially with its authentic but clumsy leadership. guided by a leadership both raw and clumsy. A gilded clown ignited a fire in this February, a relentless war he possesses no power to tame. Twelve years of shifting seasons have rolled past since February 2014, and four more since February 2022: two dark markers etched onto history, dates that Ukrainians wish they could forever unlearn.
  • Peter Steinberger, an Austrian born programmer created OpenClaw within a few weeks, demonstrating the incredible power of AI agents and verbal commands. AI development is accelerating. So is SaaSpocalypse.
  • Most countries in Europe are experiencing extreme temperatures and record dry weather, partially due to a strong El Niño. The WMO says it's going to stay with us into 2027.

What's coming in the last few months and next year, I wonder.

Faces of crisis

HAMVAS, Bela's writings are not in the mainstream literature in his native country. Even now, when most of his books are published, still, he remains a mistery.

Reaching back into past centuries or thousands of years, he searched for the unknown root of the multiple crises. We are not even aware, when the whole trouble started.

What crisis, you may ask. Some of the most obvious ones are: politics, education, health system, environment / nature / pollution, organised religion, state and its institutions, human institutions such as marriage, and so on. Look at the Trump and Orban fenomena, see decline of married humans, etc.

Most interesting is the chemistry of the air. It's like playing blackjack and taken several cards, likely over 21, and we still hit and we bluff that climate change is unreal. While facing growing number of weather events, mostly caused by rising unexpected and unpredictable catastrophic events. Whatch this space.

We live the current modern scientific paradigm that is getting to end. I recommend this excellent blog - in Hungarian, but you can ask perplexity.ai, deepseek.com or chatgpt.com to translate. Here it is: https://titanicon-nincs-panik.blog.hu/?token=1dcbc3ba65f1d716ae0ea202be92e854

The storm is approaching slowly yet, speeding up gradually. God bless us all.

Year of coronation

The community we called Mi-Csoda Kozosseg, stayed together for four years exactly, and dissolved mid-summer last year. I moved in to a flat located in a block of houses in Pannoniatelep area of Szentendre with my girlfriend. This setup is complete with an allotment 5 miles from Pannoniatelep I have been working on for around four years now. This was an inheritance of an aquintance of mine, who did not want to do anything with it that time.

A view from the allotment after 3 years

The pandemic was somewhat unexpected but somewhat expected. A few friends with visionary talent foresaw something, maybe not exactly this, as a catastrophe hanging over the human civilization.

This quiet and mostly sunny location was our peaceful harborage. We used Embio to improve the degraded soil, weeds were controlled in a gentle method of soil cover. We saw enough seeds to keep us busy in the whole year with a rich harvest. The last vegetables still on the field waiting for the harvest are beetroot, jerusalem artichoke and honeynut squash. Wallnuts were destroyed by a certain fly that is invading whole Hungary. The medlar/naseberry tree is growing slowly, having cleared its area might bring sweet fruits for us this winter.

A few more pictures and a video were put on my storage a while back. Once found, I shall post them here.

The owner payed a surprise visit at the allotment this summer, clearcutting the grass near the entrance. He is planning to take the area back. Changed his mind, he let us stay until the end of next year. My girlfriend and I are looking for a house with a proper garden, not just an allotment. In this covid frighten world it might be possible to swap/move out to a location not too far from Szentendre, I hope.

One step a time, living in a block of houses and preparing to move to a house with a garden. Maybe with friends, maybe creating a community. Everything was and is possible, depending on us.

Maddest of all (searching for meaning)

Our community at Bor utca in Szentendre has been dissolved a few weeks ago.

Ready for new ideas and challenges, looking for new pathways of life, a quest from the musical 'Man of La Mancha' may help all. Found it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhE7xY6r9pM

--- English transcription ---

Pedro: Why are you poets so fascinated with madmen?

Cervantes: We have much in common.

Pedro: You both turn your backs on life.

Cervantes: We both select from life.

Pedro: A man has to come to terms with life as it is!

Cervantes: Life as it is.
I have lived for over forty years, and I have seen ... life as it is. Pain, misery, cruelty beyond belief. I've heard all the voices of God's noblest creature. Moans from bundles of filth in the streets. I've been a soldier and a slave.
I've seen my comrades fall in battle or die more slowly under the lash in Africa. I've held them at the last moment. These were men who saw life as it is. Yet they died despairing. No glory, no brave last words. Only their eyes filled with confusion... questionning why.
I do not think they were asking why they were dying, but why they have ever lived. When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? Perhaps to be too practical is madness. To surrender dreams, this may be madness. To seek treasure where there is only trash. Too much sanity may be madness.
And maddest of all... to see life as it is and not as it should be!

--- Szöveg átirat magyarul ---

Pedro: Magukat, költőket miért fogja meg annyira az őrültség?

Cervantes: Mert nagyon is sok közös vonás van bennünk.

Pedro: Hogy mindketten elfordítanak a való élettől?

Cervantes: Az életből vesszük a példát.

Pedro: Egy férfinak el kell fogadni azt az életet, ami megadatott neki.

Cervantes: Ahogy megadatott...
Már csaknem negyven éle élek ezen a földön, s láttam az életet - olyannak, amilyen.
Fájdalom, szenvedés, kegyetlenség győz a hit felett.

DOORS of perception

Aldus Huxley used Blake's expression "doors of perception", Jim Morrison one word "doors". Astonishingly simple. They knew how to step out of the matrix, and I don't. How to find out?

If the doors of perception were cleansed every thing would appear to man as it is, Infinite. For man has closed himself up, till he sees all things thro' narrow chinks of his cavern.
- William Blake, The Marriage of Heaven and Hell

A message for 2017

The new year symbolises hope and change, as always.

For Mi-Csoda it is going to be the year of possibilities. Whether we shift the way we live, what we do, or ourselves completely to a new level. It's not easy to leave the comfort(able house) zone, but we're destined to do it. And we're willing to do it - consciously or unconsciously. Hence we're doing it shortly.

With a message for 2017 from Prince, I wish you a happy new year.

Hungary's NIMBY with migrants

The British government initiated BrExit and migration has become a key issue to it. The Hungarian government initiated a HunExit poll and title it referendum on migrants. I dislike the hysteria around migrants in both countries. Hungarian migrants can live and work in the EU with no restriction. Why do we see Arabic migrants as a threat? Do we play by the rules or we play with the rules? https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=137&v=q0St-44lDu0

Quest for vision

This summer solstice was one of the few milestones of our community. We've decided to quest for a vision to find a new location in Hungary. This move will take place next year.

2015 and beyond

2015 was a great year. I moved out from my first community to live with my girlfriend. Along with five more friends we started the Mi-Csoda community that is only ten minutes walk from Rugy on 15 June 2015. We are now four couples sharing one house in the Pismany area of Szentendre.

Follow us on our Facebook page and our website (English version is coming).

I am connected to all. My life and well-being are connected to all others. Our dream is community living in a settlement similar to an ecovillage. The name of the project is sirius.one. Further details including location are to be decided in the following months.

On the last day of this year we are listing all that we were thankful for in 2015. We enter the new year with gratitude in our hearts. We want to walk on the path that brings love and grace not only for ourselves but for everyone. Including you. Most important:"Never believe a prediction that doesn't empower you."

We wish you a peaceful and happy 2016.

DANSE MACABRE

Written by Gyorgy Faludy
After Francois Villon

The Emperor sat, proud and splendid,
with seven stars upon his brow.
Slave nations worshipped him on bended
knees, on his navel stood the Plough.
Above him gleamed, like alabaster,
the lighted lantern of the moon,
but, turning now towards his master,
the jester wept. "Don't cry, buffoon,
I've conquered every human being,
the world is mine." – But sure enough,
the Reaper whiffed him off, that evening,
as one removes a piece of fluff.
– We lived like despots, one and all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

A Gothic arch reveals the Doctor.
"Oh Lord, before I reach my term,
please, help me find the holy nectar
that heals the hopeless, the infirm."
A shape appears, a gaunt professor,
to hawk his magic anodyne,
and pours out of a pewter vessel
a cupful of some hueless wine.
"Drink up, you learned nectar-seeker,
a drop will cool the fever's heat,
heal every wound. Now take this beaker,
the first sip, mind you, won't be sweet."
– We were just charlatans, we all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

The Child stood by the well, in fraying
red sandals, staring in the deep.
Down there he saw his likeness, playing.
"Come, join the game, it's just a leap!
At nights the Moon Maids give us plenty
of gingerbread and fairy cakes,
and we can leapfrog five and twenty
young froglets when the morning breaks."
"I'm coming." – Soon a serpent wriggled
upon him in the slimy ooze.
The mother wept, but Death just giggled
and gave her two red sandal-shoes.
– We played like children, one and all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

Her looking glass was cracked and faded.
"My hair's still auburn" said the Whore,
"my famous charms are still un-jaded
but no one wants me any more.
My sex is still a red-hot fire,
my breasts are firm, as in the past..."
And then, guffawing, an admirer
knocked on the door, the very last.
"Come, dance again, be gay and ribald,
unleash once more your scarlet arts,
a ghost shall feast upon your shrivelled,
pallidly purple private parts."
– We raped and rutted, one and all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

As darkness shrouded roof and gable,
and waking owls began to hoot,
the Banker left his counting table
to bury his ill-gotten loot.
But at the cross-roads Death stood waiting,
with seven devils at the rear.
"Don't draw your sword, that useless plaything."
The skull was breathing in his ear:
"Your gold is mine, isn't it funny?
For you, my friend, will have to die,
yes, you'll be buried, not your money.
And who will bother, where you lie?"
– We were all usurers, we all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

"Not yet! Not yet!" the Lady pleaded
upon her couch of gold and lace,
but willy-nilly He succeeded
and held her in a tight embrace.
"Allow a few more languid kisses,
another pearl-embroidered dress,
a few more gallant artifices,
another night of lustfulness."
But He befouled her breasts, to smoulder,
to burn like cancer, deep inside,
then slung the white corpse on his shoulder
and took her to a ghostly ride.
- We lounged in luxury, we all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

The Alchimist stood by his fire,
his hour-glass was running low.
"Devil or God, grant my desire:
give one more day before I go.
I need one more conclusive trial
to save mankind from Adam's curse,
and solve, inside my crystal vial,
the secret of the universe."
"No more delay, and no more testing."
An icy voice came from the deep.
The vial blew up. "Time for resting.
Go, sleep where all the others sleep."
– We sought the secret, one and all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

In Rheims, before the Easter service
the plague arrived, bells and the rest.
The flabby Bishop in his surplice
was first to meet the deadly guest.
"I wrote this tune for you, my father,
let's dance to it, great Monsignor.
Be pope, or be a prophet rather,
wrapped in the mists of mystic lore,
be heretic or join the friars,
burn on the stake or go to mass:
from high above, from lofty spires,
I laugh at you, self-righteous ass."
– We were all hypocrites, we all,
and Time flew by, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

The Peasant was prepared and willing,
as dusk descended from the east.
"Our life is cheap, the work is killing,
we toil and end up like a beast.
But brother Reaper, grant a favour:
you know, our soil is very poor,
so, when you take my spent cadaver,
please spread it here, it's good manure."
Death nodded: "Yes." And walked much slower,
to scatter him with gentle care,
as seed is scattered by the sower,
or poppies by the autumn air.
– We all return to earth, we all,
and Time just flies, like April breezes.
Upon your precious blood we call:
Have mercy on our souls, Prince Jesus!

Tragedy of Man

Illness is the doctor to whom we pay most heed; to kindness, to knowledge, we make promise only; pain we obey.

2014 and beyond

2014 was the first year I lived in a real community my friends and I created.

At the beginning the whole new kind of lifestyle seemed new and exciting.  It took some time to pass the buzz.  I came to realise there is nothing special in living with others.  Joint meals, shared cooking and gardening, scheduled cleaning all can be fun.  Having friends and/or family members around used to be the way how people lived in the previous centuries.

Our initial commitment was valid for one year and it is the time for evaluation.  What have we learned?  How shall we improve the community life?  How do each and every member of the community want to live?  Everyone has to face these questions.  Individual decisions create individual futures that adds up to joint future.

It is an exciting time for the community.  Two members, one is Ferenc and the other is me are leaving in January.  Further interest and new members are welcome as always.  A leader needs to be selected and internal agreements need to be made, it has been stated.  Uncertainty as unspoken and unmanaged tension is being risen and will calm down with the arrival of the new structure and new members only.  We shall see what happens.

I keep cutting down on physical objects to become even more flexible with less matter.  The less I have the more flexible I shall be.  I've given up defined plans as well.  I've decided to open up all possibilities from February.  The only plan is to participate on a ten-days long Vipassana meditation course in the first half of February.  Next is uncertainty.  I might stay in Szentendre or might move to the capital or to the countryside or go abroad.  I will see.

I might give a further update about Rugy Community.  In the meantime, the FaceBook page is going to be maintained and updated regularly at https://www.facebook.com/pages/R%C3%9CGY-K%C3%B6z%C3%B6ss%C3%A9g/1416795685255311?fref=nf.

Sweet dreams

“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” ― C.G. Jung

Being unaware of the dream I called life, I used to be dreaming pre-2012.  I am aware some of my dreams now.  I know that I am dreaming, in an unconscious-like situation.  It is far from awakening.  I want to wake up, become awaken.  “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” ― C.G. Jung

Changes

I attended a Kundalini awareness seminar in Ireland and finished my metamorphic technique training this Spring. I am learning additional healing techniques to be able to create and use my unique one that is my own voice in the network of human energies. My favourite is a combination of the metamorphic technique and diapositive method (diapozitív metódus) at the moment.

At Szentendre, seeds of additional small communities have been sawn. The film 'I am' has been translated and subtitled and will be available to view shortly. The world is changing and we are all changing in line with it. Some feel this change while most not. However, the change is inevitable. What it will be like, is our decision. Inconvenient for the fearful, warlike for warriors, punishing for sinners. Different for everybody. Be ready for it.

New language is needed

A new non-verbal language is needed.

"If we're ever going to interact with our bodies, if we're wanting to heal our bodies, if we're wanting to create peace in our families and our communities, we must speak to the fields that connect all things.
We must find a meaningful language, a non-verbal language that communicates with the stuff that this world is made of." (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1P6rqVqOqzs)

We live in the period of GRACE followed by the period of PURIFICATION before the period of RENEWAL.

If...

if you don't have enough madness in you
go and rehabilitate yourself

if you've lost a hundred times the chess game of this life
be prepared to lose one more

if you're the wounded string of a harp on this stage
play once more then resonate no more

if you're that exhausted bird fighting a falcon for too long
make a comeback and be strong

you've carved a wooden horse
riding and calling it real
fooling yourself in life
though only a wooden horse
ride it again my friend
and gallop to the next post
you've never really listened
to what God has always
tried to tell you
yet you keep hoping
after your mock prayers
salvation will arrive

Is 'challenging existing paradigms' allowed?

Rupert Sheldrake, a frequent visitor teacher of my favourite holistic education college in Dartington tells what is wrong with the existing paradigm that defines our institutions we depend on.  In a TED lecture he uses the very same method to test a few basic core principles embedded in the existing scientific paradigm.  In a related radio interview he tells how science cannot recognise its dogmatism regarding the scientific world view.

On a different note, science is capable to ignore proven therories especially when they are not in the frame of the materalistic world view based on the existing scientific paradigm.  Masaru Emoto's memory of the water, Ian Stevenson's research on reincarnation are just a few of the many examples.  Regardless, the paradigm is shifting.

The year of creation

Chariot is the symbol of the year 2014.

UK
My stories not important, except one.  It's about a lovely Indian lady called Amma who travels around the world and embraces, hugs all who wish to be in her presence.  I started planning a trip to see her in London.  But two days to go, I decided to postpone seeing her.  I will see her in this life, I am sure.  It can be later this year or next year.  If you have a chance, go and see her. She simply loving and great.

Hungary
I started the year with living in a community in Szentendre.  We rent a family home of 400 square meters a quarter an hour walk from the river Danube.  This is a convenient location for town centre and its frequent public transport to Budapest is convenient for future commuters.

View from the front gate

Community living is a great opportunity to find out what drives one up on the wall, what is tolerated and what isn't, how one can communicate in a non-violent way and so on. We all have fears and hopes and lots more feelings that we are not aware and these all come up during connecting and interacting.  All people living in communities can work on existing disorders or simply feelings because challanges are more intense and the environment is inspiring.

 Great hall

We want to bring quite a few events here.  The organisers of communities convergence is meeting here to plan and develop this year's meeting.  Various self-help, healing and transformation methods are applied.  An event to share and sell local food will be organised in the spring.  Joined the dining room, a huge lounge with an attached library are ideal for training and meeting.

My new year's resolution is to do more blogging this year.  Your comments would surely help me to stick to this :)

Gifted

The gifted understands the gift. The ignorant walks in circles.
