Hungary's NIMBY with migrants

The British government initiated BrExit and migration has become a key issue to it. The Hungarian government initiated a HunExit poll and title it referendum on migrants. I dislike the hysteria around migrants in both countries. Hungarian migrants can live and work in the EU with no restriction. Why do we see Arabic migrants as a threat?
